It has been a long time since I have done a professional photo shoot. It is something I really want to get back to, and I had a perfect opportunity recently when Assistance Dogs Australia put me in contact with Holly, a gorgeous 13 Month old Puppy In Training. She was so sweet, I got […]

Coors Australia

It was a nice surprise to get a message from Coors Australia asking me if they could use one of my photos for their Facebook page. Molsen Coors is a great company, and I hope this is the first of many.

There’s a new puppy in our house, and her name is PING! She is happy, healthy, and is bursting with personality, sass, and has a voice she doesn’t mind using, especially when you tell her she can’t do something that she really wants to do. Here shes is, PING!

A Day With The Army

While on holiday in the U.S in July 2010, I fulfilled a life long dream of going to a U.S National Top Fuel Drag Racing Event. Whilst there, my wife and I were personally invited by 6-time world champion, and fastest man in the world Tony Schumacher, into the inner sanctum of The U.S Army […]

How much processing is enough?

After becoming mesmorised by the photography of Mark J Rebilas, I sat down to examine ways to add “Excitement” to my photos. It seems Mark uses a LOT of processing in photoshop/lightroom. He sharpens images, then blurs them, increases brightness and contrast, levels, curves, and the list goes on and on. I set about trying […]

Damien Oliver

It was great to be able to meet Damien. He was at Sandown Racecourse for the filming of his life story and upcoming movie “The Cup”. Champion Trainer Mick Price was also at the track, as was Champion Thoroughbred Kaaponic. After the photo shoot, Damien and Mick went for Drives in the V8Race cars, and […]

Mark Skaife

Sad to say, in the short time I spent with Mark Skaife he failed to win me over as a fan. I found him somewhat less inspiring in the flesh than I do watching him on television. Having said that, a photo I shot of him in the Holden Racing Team garage between rounds remains […]

The Money/Hero Shot

I had just started working seriously with V8Race, and had a small window of about 5 minutes to snap a pic of the flagship car for upcoming ad campaigns before the Eastern Creek track was to be activated. This image has been used dozens of times, and still continues to be used to this day […]

Benson is a laugh a minute. He is so funny, and so sweet. An incredible athlete, with a sense of adventure the likes of which I have never seen. He’s a total knucklehead, and I love him with every fibre of my being.

Armor All Car Photo Shoot

This was the bizarest photo shoot I have ever done. I sat in the back of a Ford XR8 Pursuit Ute and photographed this car whilst doing laps of Sydney’s famous Eastern Creek International Raceway. The above photo was definitely the best shot of the day. I can’t say exactly how fast we were travelling, […]

Mitsubishi Fuso Fighter Postcard

I was told this image I was asked to shoot for Mitsubishi was used nationally in their advertising, but I don’t know where or when. To this day, it remains one of my favorite photos I have taken.

Alice Bowe Sunglasses Ad

These are some photo’s I took of Alice Bowe for a Sunglasses advertising campaign.

Taroonga Falls Victoria Australia

In April 2010 I went in search of Tarronga Falls with my new Canon 5DMII and 28-300mm L-Series lens. These are the photos I captured.
